REQUIREMENTS: The firm is widely regarded as one of the leading law firms in this sector and as a result is seeking individuals who:Fully Bilingual (Arabic & English)Have trained with a top international law firmHave excellent academicsHave an aviation finance background and a keen interest in aviation but be capable of handling a variety of non-contentious aviation, marine and finance work. Expertise in drafting, reviewing and negotiating:facility agreementssecurity documentsfinance leasesoperating leasessale and purchase agreementsengine agreementsoperating, management and charter agreementsmaintenance agreementsSuitable aviation lawyers will ideally have some level of exposure to the Saudi region, at least, have a genuine reason to relocate the KSA.This is a very niche role so unfortunately candidates without some Aviation focused background will not be considered for the position.
