This 76-story hotel, one of the worlds tallest, is the focal point of the Abraj Al Bait Complex, part of the King Abdul Aziz Endowment Project. The Hotel authentic hospitality is seen throughout 1650 rooms.Summary of Responsibilities:Reporting to the Manager Health Club, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceLead day to day operations of the Health Club and ensure all guests have a safe and enjoyable experienceEnsure all equipment is functioning properly and used according to the rules of the facilityPromote and organize all guests members fitness programs and activitiesEnsure guests are provided with proper instruction on the use of equipment and fitness informationMaintain all attendance records and ensure they are accurate and guests are registered according to standardsPromote the facility and organize special events as requiredEnsure the Health Club area is clean and well maintainedAttend regularly scheduled departmental meetingsAssist in the recruitment, development and training of all ColleaguesBalance operational, administrative and Colleague needsFollow departmental policies and proceduresFollow all safety and sanitation policiesOther duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications:Previous leadership experience in a Health Club requiredCPR and First Aid certification requiredUniversity/College degree in a related discipline an assetComputer literate in Microsoft Window applications requiredExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesVisa REQUIREMENTS: Candidate selection will be based on visa availability at Makkah Clock Royal Tower, A Fairmont Hotel.
