Employment: Full Time Position Title: Assistant Cost ControllerEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary: up to 9,000 SAR all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualificationsJob location: Riyadh, KSAAbout the Client:The hiring company is a fast-growing food and beverage holding group that explores popular Middles Eastern, Mediterranean, and International Flavours.Job Role:Ensuring all recipes and food production achieve the targeted yields through effective menu costing and planningEnsure recipes are accurate in the systemCo-ordinate with the production team to implement requisite controls, policies, and proceduresSuggest and recommend appropriate course of action for controlling all costs, including packaging costs, minimizing wastages,Calculate and monitor inventory variances based on the physical stock and system stock quantitiesEnsure costing is correctly calculated and posted in system and monitor the food & beverage cost levelsPrepare and share daily reports to Corporate Finance Team with respect to F&B sales and cost Salary: SAR 7,000 to 9,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
