Quest Search and Selection is working with a leading international personal care and beauty chain looking for an Area Manager to lead their team in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for driving the stores commercial success through developing an exceptional sales team, ensuring operational efficiency, and building a customer-centric culture.As an Area Manager, you will:-Lead and manage sales operations for multiple stores and departments in assigned area-Drive sales through excellent customer experience and sales performance-Oversee day-to-day store operations, manage budgets, define sales objectives, and forecast sales volume and profit (P&L)-Analyze monthly reports and monitor competitor activities-Foster team culture and develop a customer centric behavior-Recruit, manage, and develop store teams REQUIREMENTS: -Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or similar field-At least 6 years experience as an Area Manager or similar capacity in Luxury/Fashion retail-Strong interpersonal and business development skills -Strong leadership and motivational skills-Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and work under pressure-Excellent verbal and written communication skills-Arabic speaker (required)If you feel you have what it takes to become part of this highly successful company, then please apply with an up to date CV.
