If you have a passion for excellence, a background in the oil & gas industry, and a track record of success in project-related activities, we want to hear from you!Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Engineering with a minimum of 15 years of industry experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.At least 5 years of experience in project-related activities, demonstrating a solid understanding of construction planning in the oil & gas industry.Proven experience in successfully implementing Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) on large capital projects, with a strong knowledge of AWP software and plans.Extensive experience in large offshore capital projects is highly desirable.Proficiency in Primavera P-6 and computer literacy in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Familiarity with Project Scheduling methodologies including Critical Path Methodology, Productivity Tracking, and Earned Value.Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, essential for accurate documentation, reporting, and presentations.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.Responsibilities:As our Advanced Work Package Engineer, you will play a crucial role in leading fabrication, construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning planning activities. Your responsibilities will include:Overseeing the Advanced Work Packaging program and developing the Path of Construction (PoC).Preparation of various work packages (CWP, EWP, PWP, IWP) and developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure program oversight.Ensuring Engineering & Procurement (E&P) deliverables meet Required on Site (ROS) dates for fabrication and construction.Integration of AWP program with sub-system pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.Monitoring construction schedules and ensuring work front availability.Coordinating contractor schedules, validating physical progress on site, and updating forecasts to complete construction activities.Anticipating potential slippage and critical path deviations, and proposing mitigation and corrective actions.Preparation of construction progress reports and evaluation of resource allocation to maintain required progress.Development and implementation of plan versus actual progress charts, analyzing deviations and highlighting areas requiring action.Join Our Team:If you are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in a dynamic environment, we invite you to apply for the position of Advanced Work Package Engineer.
