Apply your passion for numbers as an Accounting Clerk, where your exacting standards will ensure accuracy in support of your team and hotel.Hotel Overview: Located just north of the city, Fairmont Riyadh will be part of a new mixed-use development project comprising the hotel, a convention center and commercial real estate space that will house multinational corporations as well as regional companies. The hotel will feature 298 spacious guestrooms, including Fairmont Gold. Guests will enjoy a selection of dining venues as well as spa and fitness facilities. The convention center comprises 4,000 square meters of meeting and function space.Summary of Responsibilities:Reporting to the Director of Finance & Business Support, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceDaily recording of entertainment and promotion accountsDaily support of accounts payable and accounts receivable Assist with the reconciliation and payment of third party chequesMaintain stationary level and reorder as requiredEnsure vendor files are up to dateAssist in the month end reportingProvide office administration duties as requiredFollow departmental policies and proceduresFollow all safety policiesOther duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications:Previous office administration or accounting experience preferredComputer literate in Microsoft Window applications or relevant computer applications requiredUniversity/College degree in a related discipline an assetExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work cohesively as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesPhysical Aspects of Position (inlcude but are not limited to): Frequent sitting throughout shiftOccasional lifting and carrying up to 20 lbsOccasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, liftingOccasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and rampsVisa REQUIREMENTS:Eligible candidate will be provided visa to have work permit required as per the local law.APPLY TODAY: Whether youre launching your career or seeking meaningful employment.ABOUT FAIRMONT HOTELS & RESORTSAt Fairmont Hotels & Resorts we offer our guests the finest hospitality experience in each of our destinations.
