Employment: Full Time Roles and Responsibilities:Reconcile and process transactions that are complex in natureInvestigate all transactions in order to prevent fraudProvide feedback to the accounting department on how to improve on internal controls, and also pinpoint areas where risks relating to banking transactions can be minimizedProvide documentation for the purpose of supporting all financial transactionsPrepare monthly bank reconciliation reports regarding all cash deposits to the bank(s)Assist auditors internal and external with documentation required for the auditors to do their job satisfactorilyPerform the reconciliation and verification of accounts regarding cash at hand and cash at bankMaintain required files, reports, and dataReconcile and rectify all ledger accounts belonging to customersReconcile accounts that fall into receivable records with the sales invoicesMaintain constant contacts with the companys customersFollows up all transactions continuously and provide updates to the managementAdhere to corporate standards and procedures in all reconciliation activitiesImprove personal skill set regarding software proficiency, financial analysis and data processing REQUIREMENTS: Required Experience:Should have 2 to 5 Years of experience in Accounting and Banking SectorHands on Experience on Reconciliation ProcessShould be having Strong experience on Banking Domain with experience in Monitoring and maintaining DatabaseDegree in Accountancy and qualifications from professional accounting bodies would be an added advantagePossess knowledge of general accounting principles and workings of the banking systemsDisplay problem-solving skill even under stressful conditions and deadlinesAble to manage own time and that of others effectivelyDemonstrate the required skill to perform detailed work accurately and promptly tooProficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
