Are you a Lead Engineer looking for an interesting and inspiring opportunityAre you passionate about being part of a successful teamJoin the TeamBaker Hughes has a new opportunity for Wireline Reliability and Service Delivery Technical Engineer to join the Service Delivery Technical team in Saudi Arabia.Partner with the bestAs a Wireline Reliability Engineer, youll play a vital role in Saudi Arabia focusing on preventing failures during the lifecycle management of our product & services through effective monitoring and corrective action planning.As a Wireline Reliability Engineer you will be responsible for:

  • Giving technical support and technical incident reviews, internally and with customer
  • Performing work in accordance with Baker Hughes HS&E policies and procedures.
  • Leading regular Incident Review Board meetings.
  • Having corrective action identification as well as follow up on implementation for Maintenance and Operations specific problems.
  • Being Responsible to drive job & tool failure investigations as well as failure prevention.
  • Ensuring failure reporting and product life tracking systems are updated accordingly and in timely fashion.
  • Participating in the engineering design review process.
  • Developing and reviewing cause maps.
Fuel your passionTo Be Successful In This Role You Will
  • Have 5+ years experience in wireline operations
  • Have bachelor degree in an Engineering discipline
  • Have field experience running wireline tools
  • Have experience in open hole and cased hole operations
  • Have previous experience in Baker Hughes Wireline is preferred
  • Have experience in a service delivery coordinator or service delivery technical role is preferred
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Have strong skills in PP and excel
