This role is graded 15, reporting to Customer Operations Manager.Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for various ABB Products certification and Registration at SASO. This includes PCoC, IECEE and JEEM
  • Follow up with the service providers to monitor the validity of our products certificates
  • Handle products clearance from customs and ports with different clearing agents and work closely for timely clearance
  • Manage discussions with the service providers for any issues related to certifications, vendor payablesetc
  • Customer Order Management
  • Prepares monthly reports of certification status, progress and actions to maintain proper flow
Your background
  • Ideally, youll hold a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering or similar discipline
  • with 2 to 5 years of experience
  • Logistics and SASO certification experience
  • Planning
  • Order handling and technical understanding of ABB Products
  • Fluent in Arabic & English is required.
