About noon noon, the regions leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; were six years in, but only 5% done. noons mission: Ring every doorbell, everyday.What youll do: Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people weve encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, were driving major missions forward.

  • Manage the onboarding & training process for new restaurant partners, including onboarding documentation, training, and support.
  • Collaborate with the supply team to ensure successful onboarding and activation of restaurant partners.
  • Illustrate & explain the restaurant partners the order management processes of noon food
  • Monitor and analyze onboarding and activation performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
  • Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the onboarding and activation process.
What youll need:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a similar field
  • Self-starter. Flexible in dealing with customers and restaurants
  • Analytical thinker with customer-oriented instinct.
  • A team member who has the ability to get hands-on in a complex operational environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are required.
  • Strong analytical, creative problem solving, and information-seeking skills with the ability to respond tactically in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with technology, especially computers, software applications, and phone systems.
