Job Description

We are hiring!!Itruck company is looking for a sales position (Tele Sales Executive) to join our team.A tele sales officer is responsible for completing the sales process with customers through phone calls. This helps the organization attract new customers and retain existing customers by dealing with complaints and providing solutions to the various problems facing customers. The job requires distinctive skills in telephone communication and presenting product and service offers in a manner that suits customers and gains their trust.Role Objectives:contacting potential and current customers to inform them about the companys services using prepared texts script.Answering customers questions about the services provided by the company.Understanding customers requirements and completing sales processes.Cooperating and assisting the external sales team.Following up and entering customer information and updating it periodically in the companys databases. Dealing with customer requests accurately.Exerting maximum effort to achieve the required sales percentage and facilitating future sales processes.Submitting a periodic report to the Marketing and Sales Manager to show what has been accomplished and what has been postponed with a statement of the reason.Skills:Be patient and polite, especially when dealing with customers, especially those who have many requirements and inquiries.Good listening skills when communicating with customers, and leaving room for conversation and mutual discussion so that the customer does not feel that he is only listening and feels upset and bored.Enjoy self-confidence to make it easy to convince customers calmly and professionally.The skill of tolerating customers and dealing intelligently with passion and insistence with their repeated refusal to listen or communicate.Requirements;Bachelors degree in Business Administration, sales or relevant field.Time management and planning skills.Ability to build rapport.Communication and negotiation skills.Market knowledge.Proficiency in English.
