The opportunityThis is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadia and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. Project: Mace is currently bidding for this programme which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the facilities management standard operating procedures and controls are adequately defined, implemented and maintained, including health, safety and environmental matters.
• Developing and writing processes and procedures in line with ISO, statutory compliance and health and safety legislation within all EMEA locations.
• Auditing facilities operations against contract and local statutory regulations to verify compliance.
• Working with the facilities management team, supply chain, client representative and others to resolve noncompliance issues.
• Providing technical advice, guidance and support to the client, M&E contractors and site teams.
• Managing all small project works of a technical nature delivering to quality standards and within agreed budget.
• Ensuring that all technical services are delivered in accordance with QHSE policy and guidelines.
• Ensuring that complaints are recorded and handled on the same day as made and that necessary actions are being taken to eliminate the root causes.
• Establishing annual local activity compliance programs to include audits, inspections, and document reviews.
• Ensuring site and supplier risk assessments are complete, appropriate, and reviewed at least annually.
• Develop and implement control measures to mitigate potential risks and ensure staff is trained to understand hazards.
• Developing the QHSE and technical services and relentlessly pursue a better way.

About youYou have relevant degree qualifications, and be a member of a professional body. You have experience in sports stadia certification, and compliance with AFC and FIFA requirements. You have an understanding of the design process and support it progressively. You have experience of delivering stadia and preparation for operational readiness and overlay. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships, and support strong, motivated teams.
