An exciting opportunity is available for Superintendent, Process Engineering Located in, Jubail.POSITION SUMMARY:To manage and coordinate process engineering support to operating plants for troubleshooting, unit performance assurance and optimization. Enables performance assurance and enhancement activities. Lead technology upgradation & innovation activities. Support complex sustainability and Process Safety enablers.KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage plant specific process requirements and ensure IMRS compliance from
• Process Engineering perspective.
• Manage Process know how support activities, unit performance assurance and
• optimization as integral part of Plant Management Team.
• Lead investigations of chronic process issues resolutions tasks within his area.
• Identify opportunities of cost saving and process optimization in his area for more

productivity, enhanced quality and process safety.

• Provide process support assuring seamless complex integration and efficient

utilization of common resources.

• Provide process support in defining Operating Procedures, effective operating
• envelope, trouble shooting, shutdown and start-up.
• Provide support for benchmarking studies,
• Support compliance to sustainability requirements and KPIs.
• Coordinate targeted performance enhancement efforts, thru internal and external
• initiatives to meet upcoming business challenges.
• Support HAZOP, RCA, RA, MOC, etc, studies/initiatives.
• Manage Process engineering support on instrumentation, control systems,

automation, applications and process safety.

• Track key asset performance indicators to monitor and capture opportunities.
• Ensure compliance of department KPIs and BSC in his area and monitor progress in

regular basis.

• Ensure effective utilization of Technical Service Agreement(s) and maintain good

communication with technology licensors.

• Lead process DBN/revamp studies in his area as applicable.
• Lead catalyst and raw materials performance technical evaluation and identify

alternatives for enhancement.

• Ensure compliance to SEEC requirement(s) in his area and monitor progress in regular basis.
• Coordinate with T&I for technical support as applicable.
• Provide technical support for TAM activities and plant shutdowns.
• Ensure effective communications with all stakeholders within TPC and other
• support functions for smooth work process toward goals completion.

Education/Qualifications Required:.
