Job Description

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Supply Chain Trainer located in Jeddah at the Higher Institute for Paper & Industrial Technologies - HIPIT. The Supply Chain Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering educational programs and courses for manufacturing and supply chain workers to optimize efficiencies in their operations.Qualifications

  • Bachelors or masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 years experience delivering classroom and/or online training on supply chain management and manufacturing operations
  • Detailed knowledge of supply chain management best practices and techniques
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and mentoring skills
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization from the frontline to senior management
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in the paper or packaging industry is a plus
