The Store Helper supports daily store and warehouse operations by assisting in receiving, stocking, arranging, and maintaining inventory. This role ensures smooth workflow, cleanliness, and helps provide a positive customer experience.Key Responsibilities:• Assist in loading, unloading, receiving, and storing goods and supplies.• Organize and arrange stock on shelves, racks, or storage areas.• Check product labels, expiry dates, and report any damages or shortages.• Assist in maintaining stock levels and replenishing shelves when needed.• Help customers locate products and carry items when required.• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store/warehouse area.• Support store staff in packing, labeling, and preparing orders.• Follow safety guidelines and company policies during daily operations.• Assist in inventory counts and record-keeping.Qualifications & Skills:• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.• Basic communication and teamwork skills.• Ability to lift, move, and carry moderate to heavy items.• Attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions.• Previous experience in retail or warehouse (preferred but not required).
