Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Stakeholder Interface Manager with a minimum of 10 years management and senior technical experience to join one of our exciting transportation/Bus projects. This candidate will ensure that the interfaces between the ITS, Bus, Infrastructure, Metro O&M and other Public Transport Contractors are mapped efficiently and respected, such as activity schedules are consistent, handover procedures are respected, technical information are shared, training on systems and access is normally supplied, handover activities are performed transparently, etc...Map and maintain stakeholders register including any contact persons, terms of reference, MoUs, agreements, and the like.

  • Establish and Monitor the interfaces protocols between the Contractors and third parties contributing to optimal development and program set up for successful project delivery.
  • Facilitate cooperation between RTPN parties and stakeholders to ensure Interface Protocols are adhered to, identify any integration gaps and assist the Employer in interface and integration workshops.
  • Engage with key third party stakeholders effected by project works to understand their needs and concerns, taking measures to maintain effective relationships throughout the project and report to RCRC.
  • Develop an Interface Management Plan, specifying the methods and processes to be adopted in the identification, development, and agreement with Third Parties.
  • Monitor the development, assessment, negotiation, approval, and execution of commercial agreements between RCRC and third parties.
  • Provide input and solutions which allow for minimal third-party impact, whilst maintaining commercially effective project delivery.
  • Produce and maintain appropriate, standardized documents and regular reporting to the senior management and other stakeholders reflecting key issues, risks, resolutions, and performance to enable them to effectively understand risks and impacts on the project.
  • Ensure a collaborative approach is maintained across the team to facilitate the planning and delivery of interface works, ensuring all issues are clearly understood by teams and addressed, and appropriate interventions developed and implemented.
  • Bachelors degree in engineering or other relevant discipline is required with transport experience10 years of experience, preferably in the transportation industry.
  • Strong English communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Strong Arabic communication skills - verbal and written (preferred).
  • Management and or supervisory experience.
  • Experience of working in consultant environment.
  • Very good spoken English.
  • Very good written English.
  • Arabic Language is preferred.
