Job Description

Job PurposeThe purpose of this position is to examine, review and evaluate, eligibility for or conformity with the company polices & procedures, industry best standards, laws and regulations governing compliance of licenses and permits of the company.Key Accountabilities:

  • Prepare and review Governance & Compliance annual review plans.
  • Execute and conduct periodic Internal Reviews to ensure that Compliance Policies, Procedures and Regulations are followed.
  • Execute and conduct Internal Reviews of Company Corporate Governance Manuals, Polices, Processes and Charters related to the Board of Directors and its committees to ensure Regulations compliance.
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments to identify suitable controls to medicate the risks of non-compliances.
  • Provides input into the development of the Compliance Policies, Processes and Procedures for an area within the organization, then monitors the implementation of those Policies, Processes and Procedures.
  • Ensure Compliance Records are organized and prepared.
  • Conduct Compliance Reviews to determine the Non-Compliance issues to recommend the required action to the subject matter expertise.
  • Ensure to follow-up actions in cases where Non-Compliances issues were found, and review compliance monitoring reports.
  • Perform any other function required within the job nature of Governance & Compliance Department.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent.
  • Experience in CMA Regulations .
  • Governance & Compliance background from listed companies.
Experience
  • 5-7 Years of experience in Governance & Compliance.
