Job Description

Responsible for sourcing suppliers to supply all station requirements for all Technical & Spares items with a competitive price and availability.Roles & Responsibility:

  • To conduct the Sourcing activity of all items under category of Technical & Spares.
  • Work collaboratively and negotiate and engage with stakeholders and suppliers regarding new projects, supplies, and initiatives and advise of the impact of change on purchasing and production activities
  • To Source vendors; negotiates pricing and delivery; reviews products and services providing sound analysis; assesses markets for best source or new supply sources.
  • Make a price comparison Sheet as per Technical & Commercial criteria.
  • Attend requestor /Supplier complains and escalate to Asst. Manager for possible resolution in a timely manner.
  • Assist Asst. Manager in purchase requests; evaluates bids; prepares product specifications and contracts request.
  • Evaluate vendor performance based on prices and delivery information received from other stations regarding product acceptability and vendor service.
  • Investigates the possibility of improving quality without a price increase or substituting a lower-priced product to accomplish the same function.
  • Provide approved suppliers to other stations if and when required by the station to issue purchase orders.
  • Manage & maintain supplier relationships, Assess supplier performance: quality, cost, delivery, service.
  • Research on and evaluate existing and new suppliers.
  • Perform other duties as requested.
  • Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety and quality management.
  • Generate reports and procurement analysis for the team.
  • Maintain purchasing policy and procedures at all times and transactions.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Perform other duties related to the job and/or the operation of the company, in accordance with the regulations of the Saudi Labor of Law. Adherence to Cybersecurity policies and procedures.
  • Dealing with data and information according to their level of classification.
  • Avoid violating the rights of any person or company protected by copyrights, patents, or any other intellectual property, or similar laws or regulations.
  • Compliance with Cybersecurity requirements related to the protection of user devices, Internet, software, systems, and Email requirements.
Minimum Requirements for The Job:
  • Bachelors degree in supply chain or related major.
  • 3 Years of experiences
  • Advance computer proficiency
  • Advance report writing skills
  • Leadership ability and qualification
  • Advance Investigation skills
  • Advance ERP Skills
