SummaryEssential Responsibilities and Duties2. Assigns required job to subordinates. Ensures that the repair and maintenance of HVAC & Refrigeration equipment is being performed efficiently. Reviews operational schedule and assignment and ensure the maximum level of productivity.3. Performs routine preventive maintenance throughout the Hospital Complexes and directs other workmen in this task assuring that work is performed in a safe and accurate manner.4. Provides required recommendations regarding major overhaul or upgrading of related systems.5. Performs repair, troubleshooting, inspection and testing of compressors, water chillers, coolers, freezers, ice machines, heating and cooling coils, humidifiers, associated controls, etc. as required.6. Performs site survey on new construction/renovation and review its blueprints & HVAC Designs and applications. Evaluates the minimum -maximum requirements for all materials relating to task.7. Guides lower graded personnel.8. Position may require rotation on various shifts to maintain 24 -hours coverage.9. Follow all prescribed Hospital and departmental safety and other procedures.10. Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.11. Participates in self and others education, training and development, as applicable.EducationORTechnical Diploma in related field is required.Experience RequiredOther Requirements(Certificates)
