Faithful+Gould are looking for a Senior Project Manager (Water/Waste Water) with PMC background in KSA.Key Responsibilities:oTechnical leadership on large multi-disciplinary water projects deliveryoLead single and multi-disciplinary discipline bids, with a clear focus on what is needed to winoContinue to build relationships with existing clients, securing repeat business and identifying additional business opportunitiesoBuild and motivate a team and demonstrate good leadership qualitiesoManage and report on project performanceoEnsure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and ensure that a good Health & Safety culture is engendered within the teamoStaff recruitment, retention and development making sure staff reach their performance potentialoDevelop a highly motivated and performing team creating opportunities for the development of individualsoProvide technical expertise on a variety of large engineering projectsoOversee designs and budgets and drive projects from tender to delivery in a multi-disciplinary environmentoIncrease your networking profile with both internal and external clientsRequirements:oB.Sc. or M.Sc. in Civil Engineerin/Hydraulic engineeringwith registration in SCE.oThe potential candidate has 15 years of experience in a similar role/project.oIs currently based in KSA/GCC.Additionally, the applicant should have experience with a combination of the following skills:oExcellent interpersonal skills and strong technical writing and communications skills. Experience and familiarity with the following programs is a plus: ArcGIS, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Info Works, SWMM, Storm/Sewer/Water CAD, Revit/BIM experience.oGeneral Competencies expected of all Professionals and Managers are as follows: Client Service, Commitment, Communication, Innovation & Continuous Improvement, Professionalism, Quality, and Teamwork.oAbility to process paper/electronic documents and utilize computer equipment ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing ability to visit project sites if necessary.oJob also requires ability to assemble and analyze data.You should be equipped to:

  • Manage and coordinate the inputs of project stakeholders and appointed contractor to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
  • Assess and resolve site planning and coordination issues.
  • Apply quality management principles and processes.
  • Apply risk assessment and management principles and processes.
  • Network effectively, negotiate well and influence people, broker relationships with stakeholders within and outside the project.
  • Be aware of the broader perspective and how it affects the project.
