Job Description

The opportunityProject: This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure. Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-caliber and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and being accountable for the project.
  • Managing your subordinates in a professional, inclusive, and caring manner.
  • Establishing the project execution plan and supervising the relevant project team/parties to achieve these objections.
  • Managing matters in relation to health, safety, and well-being on the project at all stages.
  • Managing the planning and monitoring of the progress of your project.
  • Preparing necessary project plans and keeping them updated and relevant over the course of the project.
  • Ensuring project budgets are managed.
  • Ensuring quality systems are in place and suitably managed and monitored.
  • Managing relevant meetings and site walks and ensuring these are suitably recorded.
  • Being actively involved in risk management.
  • Communicating with all project parties/stakeholders and ensuring suitable records are maintained.
  • Working collaboratively and always in an inclusive manner.
About youYou have a good understanding of industry best practices, good knowledge of HSE rules and regulations and a proactive approach, suitable technical qualification relevant to the specific project/role, and good skills in communicating and presenting. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships, and lead strong, motivated teams. You must have experience in programme or project management equating quality and value with the individual clients and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
