Job Description

SummaryProvides professional support and counsel in developing initiatives, programs, and projects for the Hospital.Essential Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Manages all concurrent projects and ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. Oversees the continues of improvement and creation of processes.
  2. Oversees the preparation of all planning reports requested from CTO.
  3. Tracks project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals. Performs risk management to minimize project risks.
  4. Establishes clearly articulated initiatives for the Hospital and develops plans and frameworks to effectively measure and monitor outcomes. Enhances and promotes Hospital-wide awareness of the necessity and relevance for initiatives and operational plans.
  5. Oversees the assessment of the financial performance, operational deficiencies and development of mitigation plans for organizational entities that enable effective and efficient management performance.
  6. Manages business intelligence analysis (quantitative and qualitative) needed to support the planning activities of the CTO. Takes a lead role in the development and application of statistical tools, including the measurement and analysis of variances between planned and actual activities, forecasting and evaluation of alternative plans.
  7. Incubates new ideas and manages special operational projects and other corporate initiatives, where appropriate.
EducationMasters or Bachelors Degree in Economics, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration or other related discipline is required.Experience RequiredSeven (7) years of related experience with Masters or nine (9) years with Bachelors Degree in Project Management, Strategic Planning process, Development and Monitoring Duties in a Hospital setting or a large public organization or other related experience is required. Other Requirements(Certificates)
  • Computer literate & statistics competent is required.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) is required.
