Job Description

The opportunityProject:This opportunity is to be involved in a Major mixed-use development, in Riyadh. The programme consists of over 200 projects including Cultural and heritage assests, F&B, Retail and Hotels, commercial buildings and educational facilities. Mace are currently providing the Programme management and are looking for high-calibre experienced people. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Having the responsibility of Mace PMO project controls team elements.
  • Supporting managementof overall project controls activities and management of multiple, world-class consultants and national/international contractors.
  • Being able to present and articulate at the highest level the controls issues, concerns, and successes on the programme.
  • Demonstrating a clear, systematic approach to solving complex issues and communicating solutions in an effective, efficient, and high-level manner.
  • Analysing and reporting on all scheduling, cost, and change controls for this scheme in conjunction with the PMO and
  • Assist in the development and implementation of best practice policy, process, and procedures for project controls.
