SummaryCoordinates all contractorsactivities and/or services .Assists with a wide range of administrative and training activities. Designs,implements, and analyzes customer satisfaction surveys. Liaises with otherHospital Departments as necessary.Essential Responsibilities and Duties1. Coordinates and Monitors contractor activities and/orservices toensure adherence to establishedquality standardsand contract specifications takes appropriateremedial actionas required. Serves as primary liaison betweenDepartment and the contracted service provider resolves day-to-day operational and administrative problems and issues, and acts as contractmediator as appropriate.3.Collects and analyses data prepares scheduled and special reports and maintains program/project records and statistical information.4.Works collaboratively with operating departments to identify training needs and types of skills required.5.Designs and implements customer satisfaction surveys and other research tools toassess customersatisfaction withservices analyzesand interprets results, andrecommends solutions.6.Assistsin administering, monitoring and/or implementing trainingPrograms.7.Assists in Englishtests and screeningof applicants and design a standard computer-based filing systemDatabase) for test results to bepresented as properly as reauired.8. Participates in orientation programs and sessions as required.9.Coordinates with other DepartmentHeads represents the department at various meetings and promotes existing and new programs and/or policies.10. Participates in the interviewcommittees for evaluating the trainees who are willingto join T&Dprograms. Establishes a standardinterview sheet that meets T&Dgoals and objectives and/or assists indeveloping theexisting forms used by the T&D.EducationMasters or Bachelors Degree inBusiness Administrationor any related field is required.Experience RequiredOne (1) year of related experience with Masters Degree, or three (3) years of related experience with Bachelors Degree is required.Other Requirements(Certificates)Saudi Nationality Only.
