Job Description

The opportunityProject: A major mixed-use development project in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh. Mace is currently providing the Procurement Manager service across Phase 1 of the development. We are an employer of choice, seeking the best people in their field, who deserve the best employer to support their career. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the management and delivery of end-to-end procurement exercises.
  • Prequalifying management via Standard Selection Questionnaire process.
  • Drafting tender documents.
  • Tendering issuance and management.
  • Assisting in the management of the evaluation process.
  • Assisting in the development of procurement strategies if requested.
  • Providing support and coordination relative to the reporting requirements of the project including various briefing notes as necessary.
  • Preparing star rates for non-BOQ items. Preparing project cost estimation and item rate analysis.
  • Being responsible for BOQs, contract conditions, payment terms, insurances, tender reports, work orders and appointment of contractors.
  • Preparing rate analysis and cost analysis for various construction items. Managing Billing QS. Being responsible for monitoring the cost performance of the project.
About youYou have a degree qualification in civil engineering and membership of a professional body. You will have experience in procurement management. You are digitally savvy and can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams.
