Job Description

The OpportunityProject: A major mixed-use development project in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh. Mace are currently providing the Programme Management Office service across Phase 1 of the Development.The Role:The Programme Change Manager will be responsible for the governance, quality assurance and reporting of change across the programme, maintaining and controlling the baseline change control process for the Programme. Proactive management of change is essential to ensure that quality-assured change process is administered and approved in a timely manner to ensure robust cost and time integration.The Change Manager will report to the PMO Commercial Lead, and interface with the PMO Planning Lead and PMO Project Controls Lead.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Applying a structured methodology to track and report change across a major programme (130+ projects)
  • Support the roll-out of the change management process across all stages of delivery through the supply chain.
  • Support the Client and PMC commercial teams in managing the change control process against the cost and schedule baselines.
  • Advise the PMO & Client leadership team as to the status of change, the blockers and action holders.
  • Develop and mature the client change management system processes and procedures, guidance and templates.
  • Coordinate changes within the PMO, to ensure that cost, schedule & controls are reporting consistently.
  • Identifying, analysing, and prepare risk mitigation measures.
