Parsons is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager - Project Controls to join our team and play a key role in large-scale construction project. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise in project controls, ensuring effective planning, scheduling, budgeting, and monitoring throughout all phases of the project.What Youll Be Doing:Develop and implement project controls processes and procedures to ensure efficient project execution.Collaborate with project teams to establish project baselines, including scope, schedule, and budget.Lead the development and maintenance of detailed project schedules, utilizing industry-standard scheduling software.Monitor project performance against established baselines, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as needed.Provide analysis and recommendations to project stakeholders on schedule and budget impacts of proposed changes.Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for project leadership, highlighting key performance metrics and areas of concern.Facilitate project risk management activities, including identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies.What Required Skills Youll Bring:Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Minimum of 20 years of experience in project controls management, preferably in large-scale construction projects and a minimum of 10 years experience in GCC (KSA ideally)Proficiency in project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and project management tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.Relevant professional certifications are highly desirable.Desired Candidate ProfileEducation:Any Graduation()Gender:nmNationality:Any Nationality
