The opportunityProject: This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure. Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project. This opportunity is for a Saudi national only. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the planning, development, and implementation of health and safety policies, strategies, programme, and standards across the integrated solutions workstream.
• Recommending strategic direction for all elements of the health and safety program.
• Ensuring adequate procedures are implemented to evaluate the adequacy of health and safety compliance and performance across the programme.
• Providing summary strategic reports and recommendations to the leadership team.
• Performing a visible role in health and safety management and directing the programme.
• Providing guidance and recommendation to all projects.
• Keeping fully informed of all existing and proposed changes in applicable regulations and legislation.
• Observing project performance by measuring with traditional auditing and inspecting methods, construction delivery teams, supply chain partners and stakeholders to maintain, promote and underpin a positive health and safety culture.
• Having an understanding and experience in the application of safety legislation and corporate safety procedures accomplished a grasp of programme, resources, and delivery.
• Handling of interfaces with third parties, stakeholders, and public queries.

About youYou have construction-related qualifications with experience in health and safety or bespoke qualifications within the field of health and safety. You will take personal development seriously and be chartered or pursuing a similar level of professional qualification. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You must have experience in programme or project management equating quality and value with the individual clients and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
