SummaryResponsible for supporting the development of the Hospital vision, mission and values. Assisting in the development of the strategic and operational planning processes, in addition to the Hospital strategic priorities, objectives and drivers which will be further cascaded into functional plans.Essential Responsibilities and Duties2.Develop strategic planning templates, frameworks, models to assist the Hospital strategic plan.3.Conjointly with the Intelligence function, conducts analyses (such as: PESTEL and SWOT analysis) to provide economic, market and industry insights to assist the senior management in articulating Hospital strategy and focusing on the main factors which are most pertinent to achieving the key strategic objectives.4.Communicates with the Hospital Departments the strategic plan, respective functional plans and implementation roadmaps approved by senior management and committees.5.Circulates all the required tools and forms to the Hospital Departments to support them developing their respective strategic objectives.6.Supports the Enterprise Planning Specialist in raising internal awareness on functional plans execution.7.Supports the Enterprise Intelligence function in collecting and providing all required information to third parties for all activities related to the Hospital strategic planning.8.Ensures adherence to the Hospital information security policies and procedures, and report breaches or other security risks accordingly.9.Follows all Hospital policies and procedures.10.Participates in self and others education, training and development, as applicable.11.Performs other related duties as assigned.EducationMasters, or Bachelors Degree in Economics, Health Care Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, or other related discipline us required.Experience RequiredThree (3) years of related experience with Masters Degree, or five (5) years with Bachelors Degree is required.Other Requirements(Certificates)Saudi National Only.
