Parsons is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer-Electrical to join our dynamic team and play a key role in the successful execution of a major infrastructure construction project. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Electrical engineering principles and practices, with a proven track record of delivering results on complex projects in the infrastructure sector.Key Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive electrical design strategies and specifications aligned with project objectives and regulatory standards.Lead the design and implementation of power distribution systems, lighting systems, and other electrical components to support project requirements.Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to inform decision-making and optimize electrical system designs.Oversee the preparation of construction documents, including drawings, schematics, and technical specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.Collaborate with stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to address technical challenges and ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks to monitor electrical system installation, identify deviations from design specifications, and implement corrective measures as necessary.Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to procure materials, equipment, and services required for electrical construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and specifications.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in electrical engineering to drive innovation and continuous improvement in project delivery.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Mechanical EngineeringMinimum of 10 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on infrastructure construction projects with a minimum of 5 years experience in GCC (KSA Ideally)Proven track record of successful involvement in large-scale infrastructure construction projectsExpertise in electrical design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and ETAP.Strong knowledge of relevant industry codes and standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.Desired Candidate ProfileEducation:Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Electrical)Gender:nmNationality:Saudi Arabian
