SummaryEssential Responsibilities and Duties2. Plans, develops, and implements strategic initiatives that support the implementation of systematic improvement processes. 3. Drives adoption of CTTIs recommendations and resources, and demonstrate the impact of CTTIs work on the transformation of clinical trials. 4. Works collaboratively with other members of the CTTI, liaising with other stakeholder Managers in international research centres, pharmaceutical industries, and scientific societies/communities. 5. Actively screen the market for opportunities related to gene therapy clinical trials including early to advanced phases. 6. Explores and proactively recruit pharmaceutical companies and investigator-initiated clinical trials on gene therapy that have impact on our direct patients care and needs. 7. Monitors the standards for gene therapy across the Hospital from a lab, medical, pharmacy, and any other related department/services to assure feasibility of conducting gene and cell therapy in our site.
