Youll focus on helping the local offices in driving the Firms people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our Firm wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and Firm wide success in the marketplace.Our Human Resources teams support initiatives and programmes including, customer support, business operations, data and analytics, technology systems, recruitment services and on-boarding, workforce mobility, contingent workforce, and people and programmes support.

  • Manage partner recruitment and team grabs xLoS (line of service) in line with PwC Middle Easts investment and growth strategy.
  • Conduct detailed regional and global market/talent maps to provide our leadership teams with comprehensive views and information of competitors and the senior talent across xLoS in a number of different markets.
  • Provide a number of intelligence reports.
  • Delivery of Partner hires by using a direct sourcing model and further developing the search capability internally.
  • Leading stakeholder relationships with leadership teams and Partners to understand the growth/investment plans and designing the recruitment go to market strategy.
  • Manage complex end to end recruitment processes in line with Global PwC standards and metrics including leadership assessments.
  • Provide a quality in-house recruitment service to stakeholders and a quality candidate experience at all times.
  • Manage project hiring or team build for new and strategic service offerings.
  • Building and managing relationships with a pipeline of senior talent.
  • Works on specific projects related to Leadership and succession initiatives as assigned
  • 7+ years of recruitment experience essential Professional Services and / or Big 4 expertise Middle East and knowledge is essential
  • Experience sourcing candidates with professional services experience, internationally as well as across the Middle East is preferred
  • Experience and proficiency in recruitment technology
  • Experience and expertise of selection techniques including competency based interviewing, psychometric testing and leadership assessments
  • Excellent interpersonal, report writing and verbal communication skills
