Job Description

Guarantee the accuracy of the accounting information, helping his peers and managers with the quality of information, supporting the development of the business.Key AccountabilitiesAccounting Transactions:

  • Manage the accounting registers and record daily entries.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities and transactions and participate the monthly closing cycle.
  • Ensure the accuracy of the provisions and accruals on a monthly basis
  • Ensure proper accounting of taxes, proper filings of the documentations
  • Ensure that all documents are properly archived
  • Ensure that all accounting transactions are supported with valid and legal documents.
  • Responsible of the asset management exercise and make sure it is being registered on time and being conducted on regular basis
  • Prepare all tax declaration required by the country and make sure to be submitted on time.
  • Prepare monthly payroll and record in the financials accordingly.
  • Oversee the costing process for manufacturing operations, ensuring accurate allocation of costs and maintaining cost control measures.
  • Analyze product costs, production variances, and suggest cost optimization strategies.
Review & Reconciliation:
  • Ensure proper reconciliation of all the accounts on a monthly basis
  • Responsible to send the balance confirmation to all clients.
  • Complete the reconciliation related to clients, suppliers and cash in banks.
  • Responsible to conduct inventory spot check and stock count on a regular basis.
Taxes:
  • Preparation of all taxes required on time.
Profile
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or relevant field
  • Experience of 3-5 years experience
  • Expertise in international accounting rules
