We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Sales Supervisor to lead and grow our corporate sales operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Restaurants - QSR, strong relationships within the Saudi Arabia market, and a proven track record of working with government agencies and institutional clients. This role requires strong leadership, negotiation skills, and a strategic mindset to expand the business in key sectors.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.-Manage and expand the portfolio of corporate clients, with a specific focus on government agencies, ministries, military, hospitals, and educational institutions.- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in public and private sectors.- Lead and mentor the sales team, setting performance goals and ensuring KPIs are met.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and action plans to management.- Coordinate closely with internal departments (logistics, finance, production) to ensure high service standards for clients.- Ensure compliance with local regulations and government procurement procedures.- Participate in high-level meetings, exhibitions, and tenders relevant to the F&B industry.Qualifications:- Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate sales within the F&B sector (Restaurants ? QSR) in Saudi Arabia.- Proven experience working with government agencies and understanding government procurement systems.- Strong network within the Saudi Arabia corporate and public sector market.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Fluency in Arabic and English.- Valid Saudi driving license.Preferred Traits:- Self-motivated, results-driven, and strategic thinker.- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.- Strong leadership and team management abilities.- Understanding of logistics and supply chain in the F&B industry.
