Job Description

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Specialist (Medical Devices)Job Summary:We are currently seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Specialist with a background in both governmental and private markets within the medical devices sector in the Eastern region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans tailored to both sectors to achieve company objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within government and private healthcare systems, as well as expertise in promoting medical devices to various stakeholders.Responsibilities:* Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans targeted towards both governmental and private markets in the medical devices sector.* Identify and capitalize on opportunities within government processes, including tenders, to secure sales and partnerships.* Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in government healthcare agencies, hospitals, and other healthcare institutions in the eastern region to promote our medical devices and secure contracts.* Develop a deep understanding of the needs and preferences of both government and private healthcare sectors to tailor sales and marketing strategies accordingly.* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation.* Create compelling sales and marketing materials, including presentations, targeted towards both government and private sector stakeholders.* Track and analyze sales performance metrics, market share, and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies and identify areas for improvement.Requirements:* Bachelors degree.* Minimum of [5 years] of experience in sales and marketing roles within the medical devices sector, with a proven track record of success in both governmental and private markets.* Strong knowledge of NUPCO processes and regulations related to medical devices sales.* Excellent understanding of the healthcare industry, including government healthcare systems, hospital operations, and private healthcare providers.* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, healthcare professionals, and purchasing decision-makers.* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.* Willingness to travel as needed.If you meet the above qualifications and are looking for an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in both governmental and private markets within the medical devices sector, we encourage you to apply for this position.
