Job Description

We collaborate with multiple internal teams to make sure that material deliveries meet the manufacturing schedule to create our final product.Play a key role in on-time deliveryAs a Production Planner, youll be dedicated to ensuring on-time delivery from the launch to the customer. Youll play a key role in our manufacturing plan, coordinating and expediting the flow of materials. Planning and scheduling according to production needs, youll use in-depth knowledge of concepts, methods and procedures.As a Production Planner, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules
  • Plan and schedule material/production needs.
  • Develops an operational a quarter plan for the own manufacturing activities.
  • Manage material processes and systems.
  • Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs.
  • Optimize inventory and process improvements.
  • Responsible to exchange data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures.
  • Analyzes incoming demand: identifies order exceptions, misalignment with product rationalization strategy and opportunities to utilize existing inventory.
  • Plans and schedules order timelines to be consistent with customer requirements while minimizing inventory and shipping costs.
  • Assists in executing continuous improvement projects to maximize value.
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have bachelors degree in supply chain management or relevant
  • Have 2-5 years of experience in Manufacturing industry
  • ERP system experience is preferred
  • Have an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrate an ability to communicate professionally at all levels, lead meetings and collaborate with internal stakeholders
  • Be a good team player, enjoy collaborating and solving problems with others
  • Be excited by and demonstrate an ability to learn new processes and applications
  • Have some experience or knowledge of MRP (Materials Requirements Planning)
