Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor opportunities in both of e-portals and local market.
  • Monitors the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance.
  • Assists in the management of data related to the tendering process.
  • Liaises with Buyers, Procurement/Market Analysts, and Transaction Procurement Specialists to provide contractual and compliance advice.
  • Stays well-informed of and communicates any changes in contractual requirements.
  • Working with key members of the project team and the client to obtain the information required to compile the bid.
  • Assessing and addressing the technical and commercial risks related to the bid.
  • Responding to clients? and other stakeholders? queries before, during and after the bid submission
  • Requesting for production based on purchase orders.
  • Working on ERP Related, all Private sectors PO?s (local, MODA, NUPCO Mkt Place, Export)
  • Preparing all Invoices (System and Manual).
  • Submitting invoices to warehouse.
  • Preparing quotations and samples based on requisition.
  • Assist in the daily administration of routine sales administration activities (e.g., filing, faxing, mailing, typing, scheduling)
  • Ensures the completeness and accuracy of contracts, including monitoring all related liabilities and third-party contracts.
  • Coordinate sales staff meetings
  • Perform closing coordinator responsibilities for outside tenders.
  • Learn knowledge of local markets, competition, public opinion, local and national trends, and governmental regulations related to Medical Devices Industry.
