Job Description

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

  • Acting as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions, until hand over to Operations & Project Development.
  • Present solutions, overcome objections, and win new business.
  • Identification of new Commercial & Industrial prospects likely to enter in a Solar Lease Agreement or equivalent.
  • Develop financial offers and manage the financial model. Drive/participate in the investment approval process.
  • Key part of Sales Team, covering Central Region primarily.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Relationship management from first contact to Solar Lease signature, in order to win profitable deals.
  • Identify and define different go-to-market strategies, including direct and indirect access to potential customers, in order to ensure market leadership and knowledge.
  • Gather market intelligence and conduct competitors analysis.
  • Follow-up and monitoring of all business evolutions potentially impacting the development of generating and selling solar lease contracts in the perimeter.
  • Develop existing clients, together with generating new business, in order to grow and remain profitable.
  • Reporting on progress and growth of opportunity pipeline.
  • Participate to events, to develop market knowledge and gain intelligence.
  • Assist to workshops and take part to discussions, as feasible, with administration representative to better understand the regulation and influence.
  • Responsible for contractual negotiation with support of the Safeer management & legal team.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Experiences & Skills:
  • University degree in Business Administration / Engineering.
  • Knowledge in Sales and Marketing.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM.
  • Solar, renewables energy.
  • Knowledge and broad network across KSA are a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in Sales & Marketing.
  • PC Proficiency.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic languages.
