Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless execution of sales activities and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:1) Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, tracking sales activities, and maintaining accurate records.2) - Coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and other events, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place.3) Manage and maintain sales-related documentation, including contracts, proposals, and sales orders.4) Ensure timely and accurate communication with customers, sales team, and other stakeholders.5) Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans.6) Track and report sales performance metrics, including sales revenue, customer acquisition, and sales pipeline.7) Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication.8) Maintain knowledge of products/services, market trends, and competitor activity.9) Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.
