As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting financial goals, hiring and training new employees, and maintaining quality of service standards.Qualifications

• Customer satisfaction, customer service, and communication skills
• Experience in hiring and managing staff in the food and beverage industry for 2 years
• Knowledge of local and international cuisine and wine
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management is a plus
