Job Description

Job Purpose The People Experience Associate will act as a dedicated, single point of contact for all Px operations activities and support for colleagues in Saudi Arabia on Px operations related matters. The Px Associate will support business needs and Px strategy execution to achieve outcomes related to, internal/external Px audits/government requirements coordination, personnel administration, policy management and others.The Px Associate will work closely with the Px Manager and Snr Px Manager to ensure alignment, seek guidance and direction needed to support the business and partner closely with the COEs and the GBS, Payroll and Core services organization to deliver one integrated Px solution.The Px associate will work closely with all government portal owners, ensure update of colleague contract on Qiwa system, required updates on GOSI, issuance and deletion of Iqamas and all other relevant documents for incoming and outgoing colleagues.The selected candidate will be based in Riyadh.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES -

  • Point of contact for GBS and Medical Insurance brokers. Manage all escalations of medical insurance issues. Ensure timely onboarding of Joiners and deletion of exited colleagues
  • Maintain the employees status at General Organization of Social Insurance (GOSI), and this includes: the monthly addition and deletion of the employees at GOSI, Download the final contribution bill, filling up the payment forms, and coordinating with accounting for the payments.
  • Manage all government HR-related e-service portals, including but not limited to MUQEEM, GOSI, MOFA, QIWA, and the Ministry of Human Resources. Ensure all colleague contracts are up to date according to labour law provisions.
  • Procure Ministry of Health licenses,SFDA license for scientific office colleagues, including maintaining and renewal of pharmacy licenses as required
  • Local Market coordinator for M&A - Provide support to the Px BPs in separation process and other processes that requires coordination with GBS, Global Mobility, COE and Vendors -
  • Support different change management and colleague engagement initiatives - Support labor analysis and resolutions - Separation process coordination and follow up - Px Budget administration support. -
  • Coordinate with GBS hub, Px team, Finance, the gathering and presentation of the required documents for Audit. - Be the Px representative for labor authorities or inspectors during audits.
  • Coordinate payroll input and interface with Payroll hub in conjunction with the Snr Px Manager.
  • Manage and coordinate archiving of all colleague documentation for easy retrieval such as work contracts, addendum to contracts etc
  • Responsibility for Data Management, ensuring data correction requests, change request, EIB (mass uploads), and providing analytics as required.
  • Labor representation for work contract and other labor related documents.

Experience and Knowledge & Functional skillsThe following technical skillsets are required:Operating Systems: Workday and Ariba preferred. Microsoft office: Advanced Excel and Power Point.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate will possess the following education and experience qualifications: .
  • BSc in Business Administration, Human Resources or similar field . 3-5 years of Human Resources experience.

  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Ability to collaborate with people at all levels throughout the organization. .
