Project Manager SAP Applications will work with Program management team to define, prioritise, plan and execute program activities related to implementation of different applications. This position will be responsible to overlook the program schedule and provide different analysis to program management team on progress, issues, risks and quality. This position will be responsible to manage and execute communication plan for relevant activities, attend meetings, liaison and coordinate with different teams. This will include responsibility for overseeing the support delivered by the partner vendors.Internal Cross Working Relations :Different domain teams like functional, technical etc.External Working Relations:Customer.Third parties (Vendors / implementation Partners)Job Requirements:Education:Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems of equivalent from a reputed national / foreign educational institution.Preferably PMP (or similar) certifiedRelevant Experience:10+ years of work experience in SAP implementation projects5+ years of experience of managing SAP implementation projects as Project ManagerProject management experience of at least 2 complete projects (from Project planning till Post go live support)Strong proven management skills to successfully perform the strategy planning, directing, reporting and administrative responsibilities of this position.Good knowledge and understanding of system development lifecycle and its implications.SAP Defence sector experience will be plusExpert level knowledge of SAP implementation methodologyExperience of gathering and documenting system requirements and documenting system functional design for business applications solutions and related implementation issues from a functional perspective.Knowledge of enterprise wide system implementation.Knowledge of standard support development frameworks and methodologiesSkills Requirements:Arabic SpeakingExcellent writing and presentation skillsEffective leadership and analytical skills.Very good networking abilitiesAbility to be self-supporting and pro-activeAbility to work in a large, busy multilingual team
