The opportunityProject: This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure. Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project. Your responsibilities will include:

• Being responsible for delivery, through leadership, oversight of financial performance and risk management of the programme infrastructure scope.
• Achieving the above in close collaboration with the programme director, deputy programme directors and wider members of the delivery team.
• Managing relationships with clients, partners and external stakeholders related to the programme of infrastructure projects.
• Planning and implementing all aspects of the project from inception to handover of the project. Developing a full-scale project execution plan and managing the project budget, resources, and quality assurance of the project.
• Managing and directing multiple contractors and consultants engaged in high-profile projects at various stages of work.
• Overseeing the success of major infrastructure projects including commercial control associated.
• Driving the innovations in delivery and resourcing models for the projects.
• Designing and developing project controls for projects in collaboration with our internal controls team.
• Overseeing the supply chain management, including suppliers and subcontractors.
• Managing the contract negotiations including providing advice when required.
• Providing commercial, contractual and innovation support to the programme.
• Being part of the tender process for infrastructure packages, assessing commercial viability and the ability to be able to deliver the tender prior to submission.
• Engaging with senior stakeholders and external providers to develop and agree on project scope, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Supervising the design, mentoring and retention of the talent pool to ensure consistent delivery of major infrastructure packages.
• Being an active member of the programme leadership team.

About youWith a relevant degree qualification, you will take personal development seriously and be chartered or pursuing a similar level of professional qualification, You have previous experience in delivering similar types of high-end luxury hospitality and high-rise buildings and/or apartments. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You must have experience in programme or project management equating quality and value with the individual client and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
