Job Description

SummaryCoordinates activities of the office of assigned area and performs administrative duties.Essential Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Maintains and monitors project plans and project schedules.
  2. Provides administrative support as needed. Undertakes project tasks as required.
  3. Develops project strategies as directed. Ensures projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  4. Assesses project risks and issues, and provides solutions where applicable.
  5. Serves as a liaison between Transformation Program and other Hospital Entities at various levels to facilitate communication and action relative to Transformation Program activities.
  6. Develops, revises and updates internal policies and procedures of the Department as requested.
  7. Initiates, monitors, and follows-up all Department periodic reports.
  8. Minutes all Hospital level committees related to Transformation Program as assigned.
  9. Collects and collates information, and prepares reports for presentation and action of related committees.
  10. Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.
  11. Participates in self and others education, training and development, as applicable.
  12. Performs other related duties as assigned.
EducationMasters or Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Information System (MIS), Business Administration or other related discipline is required. Experience RequiredThree (3) years of Coordination, Administrative, Project Management or related experience with Masters or five (5) years with Bachelors Degree is required. Other Requirements(Certificates)
  • Saudi National Only.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
