The opportunityProject: This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure. This is an opportunity for a talented Administrative Assistant Stakeholder, Permits and Consents team. Reporting to the Director of Stakeholder, Permits and Consents, you will work closely with the team to provide varied and responsive administrative support. Your responsibilities will include:SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: . Administrative support for the Team, including email correspondence and generation of memos, letters, spreadsheets and forms. . Plan, organize and schedule internal and external meetings. . Documenting accurate and detailed meeting minutes and actions, including follow up. . Accurately document Stakeholder interactions and maintain well-organized records. . Collaborate with Internal departments to gather accurate information as required. . Complete and submit administrative tasks in a timely manner, including data entry, document preparation and report generation. . Maintenance of filing system, contact database, employee list etc. . Exhibits polite and professional communications in all correspondence. . Acting as a liaison between other teams. . Prepare documentation templates in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) . Showcase resourcefulness and adaptability when addressing various stakeholders and communication styles. . Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
