We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee and optimize our food production operations across multiple branches/central kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in large-scale food production, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of quality control, production efficiency, and food safety standards.Key Responsibilities:• Supervise daily production activities and ensure adherence to production schedules and plans.• Monitor product quality to ensure compliance with food safety and company standards.• Manage the central kitchen team.• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and minimize waste.• Coordinate with other departments such as Procurement, Quality, cost control, and Logistics to ensure smooth operations.• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate raw material requisitions.• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the central kitchen.• Prepare and submit regular production reports to upper management.• Participate in budgeting for the production department .• control operational costs.• Collaborate in developing new recipes and enhancing existing products with the R&D team.• Train and continuously develop the production staff.• Any other task that falls under the production scope of work.Job Requirements:• Experience in KSA is a must• Experience in the same field for at least 5-10 years• Experience in the same position for at least 2-5 years• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English• System and data analysis proficiency• Bachelor’s degree.• Worked in startups (CPUs, CK, factories, plants....)
