Job Description

Procurement SpecialistJob Location : Saudi ArabiaKey Responsibilities:•Research and identify reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term partnerships.•Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, ordering, and tracking inventory.•Analyze market trends and supplier performance to ensure the best pricing, quality, and lead times.•Develop and maintain procurement policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with company standards.•Collaborate with internal teams to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.•Monitor and manage supplier performance, resolve issues, and drive improvements in service delivery.•Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.•Track and report on procurement metrics, including cost savings, supplier performance, and inventory levels.Skills :•Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation.•Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Ariba) and MS Office (especially Excel).•Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.•Analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to make data-driven decisions.•Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS) is a plus.•Minimum 2 years of experience as a Procurement Specialist or in a similar purchasing or sourcing role.•Strong organizational and time-management skills.•Knowledge of market trends and supplier networks in the relevant industry.
