The opportunityProject: This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure. Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project. This opportunity is for a Saudi national only. Your responsibilities will include:

• Having a general understanding of all aspects of planning and scheduling, how they complement each other and wider project delivery.
• Having the ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and contribute towards analysing trends using numerical and statistical techniques.
• Being able to manage schedule/planning of limited complexity or participating in the delivery of medium/high complexity projects/programmes under direction.
• Understanding the overall project lifecycle in line with Mace Way (Control Centre) from design through to handover.
• Being aware of current planning and scheduling methodologies.
• Building an understanding of the common tool sets used on typical Mace projects.
• Developing critical thinking skills to interrogate data and information.
• Being able to lead negotiations with third parties as a planning/schedule management specialist.
• Being able to respond to client/stakeholder requests effectively and sensitively.
• Having excellent attention to detail and ability to validate and check data and reports, recording and reports produced, providing basic commentary and analysis.

About youYou have a degree or equivalent with professional work experience in one or more specific disciplines in the construction, programme, project or commercial management disciplines. You will take personal development seriously and be chartered or pursuing a similar level of professional qualification. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You must have experience in programme or project management equating quality and value with the individual client and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
