In your role as a Fragrance Consultant, you will be responsible for achieving higher sales targets by ensuring an outstanding customer experience and adhering to high professional standards. You will also be responsible for providing fragrance advice to your clients and guiding them as to the nature of the types of fragrances and the sensitivities they may cause by using the appropriate products, as your responsibilities include the following:. Develop relationships with customers to enhance their loyalty.. Answering customer inquiries about products, prices, availability, product uses and services.. Communicating with customers to assess their needs and providing them with assistance in meeting those needs and meeting or even anticipating customer expectations. Inform customers of product ranges best suited to their needs.. Explain the uses of different brands and products and their advantages. Responsible for launching new products and products WIG products and visual marketing.. Enhance sales while achieving targets set for lines and sales by employing your knowledge in perfumes.. Promote perfume sales during events, shows and new product launches. Follow up on sales targets at the store level. Preparing daily sales reports.. Communicate with customers remotely to generate traffic for the store or via the e-commerce platform (if available).. Participate in the realization of incentives and track sales after the launch of the new product at the store level.. Ensure store merchandising levels are achieved as per brand guidelines. Ensure that stores are restocked on the appropriate shelves and at the appropriate times.. Reporting inventory shortages using the inventory request form. Ensure that stock is received according to established procedures. Maintaining the cleanliness of the area in charge. Commitment to the companys procedures regarding ordering, dealing with cash, and other common practices.What we are looking for
