SummaryEssential Responsibilities and Duties2. Performs daily round in assigned area and acts on patients requests as needed.3. Assists Patient Relations staff when needed.4. Advocates for the patients rights to obtain optimum required services.5. Administers patient satisfaction survey and inputs data in the electronic database. Utilizes feedback to facilitate system improvements to better meet patient needs.6. Attends to patients requests via the IPA ticketing system and outreach requests. Distributes requests to the staff concerned.7. Collects and inputs relevant data pertaining to issues and findings.8. Acts as needed to cover various functions of Patient Relations as the need arises.9. Provides patients/families with feedback on issues of concern.10.
